Folding Picnic Tables: We want to purchase 10 folding picnic tables for the Pavilion at a cost of $150 each. If you would like to sponsor the purchase of a picnic table or join someone else to do so please be sure to put the money in an envelope or on your check write: Picnic Table.

Celebration of Life: On Saturday, May 16th we will be hosting a Celebration of Life service for Vince Ehlman here at the church. There will be an hour of viewing pictures and greeting starting at noon, with a time of sharing to follow. After the sharing time there will be an opportunity for beverages/goodies and fellowship through 4 pm.

2026 Bright Hope Baby Bottle: Campaign - We will be collecting money for the 2026 Baby Bottle Campaign, from Mother’s Day, May 10 through Father's Day, June 21. There will be two bottles on (or around) the altars during this time and you can put your donation in the bottle.  You can donate change (please do not wrap the coins), cash or by check (make out to Bright Hope).  If you have any questions, please contact Peggy.

Outdoor service: On Sunday, May 24th, Pentecost Sunday we will be having an outdoor service under the Pavilion followed by a hamburger/hot dog cookout. We would like any planning to attend to bring a salad or dish to the cookout to share.

May Outreach: By or on May 17th. Please bring goodies for 30 police officers to the church kitchen: bag of cherries, box of beef sticks, assorted veggies, cake, pop - any delicious snack of our choosing. Two people have already signed up in the foyer. (New) Friends and Family Day: Our annual Friends & Family Day will be held on Sunday, July 26th as we celebrate our country’s 250th Anniversary. We need your help! Please sign the clipboard in the foyer to let us know where you can serve for this exciting event. Planning meetings will be held periodically throughout June and July. (New) Adult Sunday School: Please join us for an exciting video series called "Lectio Divina". Lectio Divina—a quiet, ancient way of reading Scripture that helps us slow down, listen deeply, and let God’s Word speak to our hearts. For several weeks, we will learn how to hear God where he meets us in His Word in a fresh and personal way. Please join us!

Future Church Cancellation: Should there be forewarning of apending church cancellation due to weatheron a Sunday, we will plan on having our normal Sunday service on the previousSaturday afternoon at 3:30 pm so we can gather for worship and fellowship. If that happens we will get the word out via phone call, text, email, or website.
